🌍✨ World Braille Day with SSMC! 📚

🖐️ World Braille Day, celebrated on January 4th, pays homage to Louis Braille’s birth anniversary, the inventor of Braille. This day recognises the critical role of Braille in enabling blind and visually impaired individuals to read and write through its unique system of raised dots.

📖 Braille represents much more than a writing system; it symbolises freedom, independence, and access to information for millions worldwide. It’s a day to highlight the importance of literacy and inclusion for the visually impaired community.

👁️‍🗨️ While we don’t have optometrists on-site, our doctors have established a robust referral network to assist with vision needs.
